We believe in transparency, so we discuss out changes beforehand with the customer. Once you book an appointment, our electricians will reach your place and perform a detailed inspection. After that, an estimate will be provided to you.
If an emergency job is booked and cancelled, a one-hour emergency fee will be charged. If a booking is cancelled within 15 minutes of being made, then this charge will not apply.
There is a minimum charge of 1 hour for all site visits and 30 minutes after that, plus materials. The cost of quotations involving a site visit is £80, and if we also do the work, we will deduct this amount from your bill. For fixed price quotes, don’t hesitate to contact us to discuss your requirements.
Standard rates
Please note: Parking and congestion charges are additional if we are required to use or pay and display parking or enter the London congestion charge zone.
1 hour minimum charge on hourly rate work, then in 30 minute units
Payment must be made in full upon receipt of the invoice by credit/debit card (our chip & pin machines provide a secure method) or in cash.
Invoices are digital (hard copies are available upon request) and show a full description of works including times and a full breakdown of labour and materials.

Electrical Installation Condition Report
- 1 bedroom house or apartment £160
- 2-3 bedroom house or apartment £200
- 4 bedroom house or apartment £240
- Full rewire – starting from £3,500
If an electrical job is completed within the hour, we can help out with other electrical jobs until the hour arrives at no extra cost. Our electricians carry an excellent selection of materials. However, we may occasionally need to source certain materials and come back later. The materials are also paid for individually and we will only buy from certified and genuine sources.
There is a 20% handling charge on all sourced materials. However, the companies we buy from ensure we get the best discounts which still makes us highly competitive. All newly installed materials are guaranteed fro one year. Once any work has been completed, you will receive a full, clear invoice.
